Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Naman Bastar resort & Hotel Naman Heights of Dishi Resorts Private Limited are accepted. The Terms and Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the hotels’ websites/booked directly and payments via payment gateway systems. These brands may be operated by different managements and you will be directed to the corresponding Terms and Conditions for your reservation.

By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your use of some parts or features of the site may be governed by additional Terms and Conditions. Where this is the case you will be notified accordingly of those additional Terms and Conditions.

Check in & Check -out Policy

  • Check-in Time is at 2:00 PM and Check out Time is at 12:00 PM.

  • Early Check-in and Late Check-out will depend on availability and on request. Additional fees may apply.

  • All guests must present a valid form of government-issued ID at check-in. Guests must be 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Domestic guests: According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, or Passport.

  • International guests: All international guests must provide a valid passport, visa and any other required travel documents upon check-in .

  • Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. Please make sure you have all the required documents with you prior to arriving.

  • A scan/imprint of the ID will be taken at the time of Check-in. 

  • 100 percent of the payment must be made (either online or at the front desk on arrival) before check-in.

  • For group check-in, guests will need to provide a valid government-issued photo identification for each adult, along with a completed group registration form. The group registration form must list all guests in the group, and be signed by the group leader and helps us provide a smooth and quick check-in.Please call us directly for group bookings (more than 8 rooms).

  • For GST invoice, please provide GST number and GST registered email ID in advance (during booking or before check-in at the latest.

  • Upon departure from the property, all fees for services rendered shall be payable by the guest.

 

Reservations, refunds & cancellations

  • Phone reservations will be duly noted. But it will be considered temporary and can be cancelled at any time if another guest makes a confirmed reservation for the same room or rooms for the same date.

  • For confirmed reservations, 100 percent payment online or at check-in should be a made of the room (or rooms) total accommodation cost must be made.

  • Get us informed once you already made the deposit. We require any proof of payment of the deposit slip for reference purposes.       You can send us a picture of your deposit receipt to help facilitate your booking. Please present your deposit receipt to the front desk upon check-in for billing purposes. 100 percent of the payment must be made (either online or at the front desk on arrival) before check-in at the resort..

  • It is only until then, that we may block the room of your preference under your name.

  • Refunds: 90 percent refund of reservation fee for cancellation made 14 working days prior to their scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received between two weeks and 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No Shows: If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be considered a no show and your payment will not be refunded. 

  • Any cancellation done on the day of check-in will be considered as no show. No refunds or date changes will be made.

  • Date Changes: If you wish to change your arrival date, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that changing your arrival date may affect the rate and availability. Booking directly with us will give you a one time date change option within the financial year if requested 48 hours prior.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

General Conditions

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

  • Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

  • Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

  • Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

  • Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.

  • Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. 

  • As we continue to strive to improve our services, we may reach out to guests to get a feedback of their experience through calls or messages.
