  • What are the advantages of booking directly with Naman Heights?
    Booking directly with Naman Heights gives you more flexibility when it comes to customizing your stay. You will have access to our full range of services and amenities, as well as the opportunity to personalize your experience. Additionally, you can take advantage of exclusive benefits and promotions that are only available when booking directly. You can book directly through our website or call us for group bookings.
  • What are Naman Heights' policies on refunds, no shows, and date changes?
    Naman Heights is committed to providing the best customer service to our guests. We offer the following policies for refunds, no shows, and date changes: Refunds: Guests of Naman Heights are eligible for 90 % if their cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to their scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received between two weeks and 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund. No Shows: If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be considered a no show and your payment will not be refunded. Cancellations done on the day of check-in will be considered no show. No refunds or date changes will be made. Date Changes: If you wish to change your arrival date, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that changing your arrival date may affect the rate and availability. Booking directly with us will give you a one time date change option within the financial year if requested 48 hours prior. Above policies only apply if you have booked directly with us through our website or call. They do not apply to bookings through any other site.
  • What are the check-in requirements at Naman Heights?
    All guests must present a valid form of government-issued ID at check-in. Guests must be 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Domestic guests: According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, or Passport. International guests: All international guests must provide a valid passport, visa and any other required travel documents upon check-in. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. Please make sure you have all the required documents with you prior to arriving. For GST invoice, please provide GST number and GST registered email ID in advance (during booking or before check-in at the latest.
  • What are the documents required for group check-in?
    For group check-in at Naman Heights, guests will need to provide a valid government-issued photo identification for each adult, along with a completed group registration form. The group registration form must list all guests in the group, and be signed by the group leader and helps us provide a smooth and quick check-in. Group bookings (above 10 rooms) should be done in advance. You can call us directly for a seamless and customized booking.
  • Does Naman Heights charge extra for kids ?
    Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The hotel reserves the right to check photo identification. The hotel allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Ages 7 to 12 will be charged for food depending on the room plan. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the hotel.
  • Does Naman Heights offer parking?
    Yes, Naman Heights offers parking. Priority is given to our room guests.
  • Can I make a reservation on the phone?
    Yes, you can and your reservation will be duly noted. But it will be considered temporary and can be cancelled at any time if another guest makes a confirmed reservation for the same room or rooms for the same date. For confirmed reservations, a deposit of at least 50 percent of the room (or rooms) total accommodation cost must be made. You can send us a picture of your deposit receipt to help facilitate your booking. Please present your deposit receipt to the front desk upon check-in for billing purposes. 100 percent of the payment must be made (either online or at the front desk on arrival) before check-in.
  • I cannot make online payment so can I just pay upon check-in?
    Unless reservations are confirmed, all our rooms are available on a first come first serve basis for drop-in guests. You may not be able to get the room you want without first confirming a previously made temporary reservation.
  • Can I bring outside food to Naman Heights?
    No, outside food is strictly not allowed on hotel property. We have an in-house pure vegetarian restaurant- VEGGIE- GRAM that offer a wide selection of delicious vegetarian meals and drinks.
  • Does Naman Heights offer Wi-Fi ?
    Yes, Naman Heights offers complimentary Wi-Fi for all guests. Password access is available upon request from our front desk staff.
  • Are pets allowed at Naman Heights?
    No, unfortunately pets are not allowed on our property. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
